To harp on about something 喋喋不休
如果某人總對同一件事抱怨連篇，而且你并不同意這個人的看法，我們就可以用表達harp on about something來形容此人喋喋不休、嘮叨不停的樣子。
例句：
I wish he'd stop harping on about the website design. It's perfectly fine but he's insisting we change it.
I don't think I can come out tonight. My partner's harping on about how we need to save money for our holiday and I shouldn't be doing things like going out and enjoying myself.

注意：
另一個類似的表達to go on about something也有某人重復(fù)性地說同一個話題的意思，但它和to harp on about something的區(qū)別是此人并不一定是在發(fā)牢騷。
